Ben Kates

Associate

Ben Kates’ practice focusses on representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation, wrongful death, products liability, personal injury, and employment law.  He represents clients from pre-suit matters through trial.  He has also represented clients in administrative hearings.  Ben began his practice defending insurance companies on behalf of their insureds primarily relating to personal injury cases.  During his time, Ben developed skills that were invaluable to his clients.  Ben has shifted gears and dedicates his time to ensuring people who are wrongfully damaged are properly compensated.  While liability can be inevitable in some cases, often the challenge becomes recovering compensation for the damage done.  He brings his prior experiences to his practice as an advantage to his clients.

Ben also acts as an advocate for those that have been wrongfully terminated.
